ENTRY PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM CST on May 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on June 5, 2025. One winner will be announced via email during the week of June 9, 2025. No purchase necessary.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
One winner will be randomly selected using a random generator from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified by Hari Mari via email and must respond to the initial notification according to the instructions provided. If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame or does not meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering, each Entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsors are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or errors that may occur during the entry process. If the Giveaway is impaired or disrupted, Sponsors reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By participating, Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize.
GOVERNING LAW:
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes related to the Giveaway must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
PRIVACY:
Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and fulfilling prizes. Entrants may also receive newsletters or other communications from participating brands.
