Before launching Hari Mari & working in Southeast Asia on projects related to improving kids' lives, we knew we wanted to continue helping kids in some capacity. Seeing a lot of great brands already helping children abroad, we went to work to find where our help could be best deployed in the U.S.
Starting Hari Mari and wanting to do more than just create a great flip flop and stunned to learn that pediatric cancer is the most fatal disease among American children – more fatal than almost all other childhood diseases combined – Hari Mari set out to help.
FLOPS FIGHTING CANCER
Hari Mari's commitment now sees 1% of flip flop purchases going to support kids & their families battling cancer, with donations specifically ear-marked for pediatric oncology & hematology centers helping families regardless of their financial situation. We call it FLOPS FIGHTING CANCER.
