SHIPPING
UPS Ground shipping for all domestic orders under $80 to lower 48 states is a flat $8 fee. UPS Ground shipping on orders over $80 is complimentary. Delivery for UPS ground shipping is an estimated 3-5 business days from time of processing.
For domestic orders to lower 48 states, second day & overnight rates are available and accessible during checkout.
At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii, as well as delivery to P.O. Boxes and military post offices require UPS Air service. Please use this option during checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed & normally shipped within 24 hours from the time orders are received, pending flip flop availability and credit card verification.
Order Receipt & Tracking
After orders are processed, order receipt and UPS shipment information is emailed to customer for tracking purposes.
Refusal of Delivery
If delivery of any order is refused at shipping address, order will be returned to our shipping center, and customer will be refunded for cost of merchandise & tax, less shipping costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Guarantee
Hari Mari’s one-year guarantee protects against manufacturing defects in our footwear and welcomes customers to return defective flip flops up to one-year from date of purchase for exchange or refund.
Hari Mari’s guarantee ONLY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS such as stitching, strap or material defects present at time of sale, and does not protect against normal wear & tear, or damage caused by weather, water, heat, tools, vehicles, animals, etc.
Returning Defective Flip Flops
Hari Mari web customers returning defective flip flops for fixing or exchange should follow below instructions & fill out the on-line return form, sending flip flops back to Hari Mari within one-year from date of purchase.
If defective, Hari Mari will cover shipping cost both ways to ensure our customers’ flip flops are either fixed or exchanged for a new pair. However, upon receipt of returned footwear, Hari Mari reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet the conditions of our guarantee & return policy above, in which customers are given the option to either have their footwear returned to them as is at their expense, or allow Hari Mari to recycle or repurpose their flip flops in exchange for a 15% discount on their next Hari Mari web purchase.
Exchanges
For web-ordered Hari Mari’s, customers can return unused & unworn flip flops for up to 30-days from the date of purchase for exchange. For exchange purposes, FLIP FLOPS MUST BE IN UNUSED & RE-SELLABLE CONDITION and have all tags in tact.
Customers who wish to return or exchange their Hari Mari flip flops, must fill out & submit the on-line return form and include the printed-out return form and a printed web purchase receipt when sending Hari Mari’s in for exchange.
Price differences between originally-purchased products and newly-exchanged items will be charged or credited to customer’s credit card. Hari Mari will cover shipping costs both ways to ensure customers receive their desired pair of flip flops.
Hari Mari WILL NOT accept exchanges for flip flops showing signs of use or wear, or any exchanges made after 30-days of purchase date.
Upon receipt of returned footwear, Hari Mari reserves the right to deny exchange if flip flops do not meet the terms & conditions of our return policy above.
Returns
Web customers may return Hari Mari footwear within 30-days of purchase for reimbursement. Please complete & submit the on-line return form and include the print-out return sheet, purchase receipt and Hari Mari flip flops in the return package.
For return & credit purposes, FLIP FLOPS MUST BE IN UNWORN AND IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION, showing no signs of wear with all tags in tact.
Refunds will be credited to the customer’s credit card for the full amount of returned merchandise, excluding original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving return, and may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for credit to be reflected on your account.
Hari Mari will not accept returns for credit with flip flops showing signs of use or wear, or any returns made after 30-days of purchase date.
Upon receipt of returned footwear, Hari Mari reserves the right to deny return & refund if flip flops do not meet the terms & conditions of our return policy.
