SHIPPING

Free standard domestic shipping to the U.S. on orders of $80 and up, plus free exchanges on full-price items. All refund requests will be processed, minus our flat-rate $8 shipping fee. Delivery for all orders is an estimated 3-7 business days from time of processing. Hari Mari does not refund shipping fees.

Final Sale items are non-refundable. 

Domestic Shipping Options
Rates are available & accessible during checkout. Orders placed after 2pm CST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Please reach out to service@harimari.com with questions regarding your order.

International Shipping Options
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back soon.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed & shipped within 2-5 days from the time they are placed, pending availability and credit card verification.

Order Receipt & Tracking
Upon processing, order confirmation and shipping details are emailed to customers for tracking purposes.

Refusal of Delivery
If delivery of any order is refused at shipping address, order will be returned to Hari Mari and customer will be refunded for cost of merchandise & tax, less shipping costs.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Hari Mari offers free exchanges for full price items on domestic orders within 60 days of purchase (excluding Final Sale items) and accepts refund requests on domestic orders within 30 days of purchase, minus our $8 flat-rate shipping fee.

For international returns & exchanges, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs both directions. 

Final Sale items are non-refundablee. 

Hari Mari does not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased outside of our online store, HariMari.com. For fastest exchange & return service on items purchased outside of HariMari.com, please return to original purchase location.

Start an Exchange
harimari.com customers can return full price, unused & unworn items for up to 60-days from the date of purchase for exchange, with Hari Mari covering all domestic shipping costs. For exchange purposes, items must be in unused & re-sellable condition and have all tags intact.

To initiate an exchange, customers must fill out & submit the on-line return form. Once received & processed, Hari Mari will email a pre-paid, printable shipping label so you can send your item/s back to Hari Mari at no charge. International customers are required to also fill out the same on-line return form prior to shipping their exchange to Hari Mari.  Please note: Only one order is allowed per form submission, so if you have multiple orders to exchange please submit a new form inquiry for each one.

When sending your exchange, please include printed copies of both your return form and purchase receipt. Exchanges are normally processed within 3 business days of receiving returned items.

Upon receipt of returned items, Hari Mari reserves the right to deny exchange if items do not meet the terms & conditions of our return policy above.

Start a Return
Customers may return items purchased on HariMari.com within 30-days (see Extended Holiday Return Window details above) of purchase for reimbursement, minus our $8 flat-rate shipping fee.

To initiate a return, please complete & submit the on-line return form. Once received & processed, Hari Mari will email a printable shipping label for domestic customers. When sending your return package, please include a copy of the completed return form and the original purchase receipt, along with the items you wish to return. For return & credit purposes, items must be in unworn and in re-sellable condition, showing no signs of wear with all tags intact. Please note: Only one order is allowed per submission form, so if you have multiple orders to return please submit a new form inquiry for each one.

Refunds will be credited to the customer’s credit card for the full amount of returned merchandise (less original shipping costs associated with the order) within 14-days of receiving return, and may take up to two billing cycles to be reflected on your credit card account.

Hari Mari will not accept returns for credit with items showing signs of use or wear, or for any returns made more than 30-days after original purchase date.

Upon receipt of returned items, Hari Mari reserves the right to deny return & refund if items do not meet the terms & conditions of our return policy.

ONE-YEAR GUARANTEE

Hari Mari’s one-year guarantee protects against any manufacturing defects in our footwear and gear, welcoming customers to return defective items for up to one-year from date of purchase for exchange. 

Hari Mari’s guarantee only covers manufacturing defects such as stitching, strap or material defects present at time of sale, and does not protect against normal wear & tear, or damage caused by weather, water, heat, animals, etc. 

Hari Mari does not guarantee items purchased outside of our online store, harimari.com.

Customers returning defective items for fixing or exchange should follow below instructions & fill out the on-line return form. Once received & processed, Hari Mari will email a pre-paid, printable shipping label so you can send your items back to Hari Mari at no charge.

Upon receipt of returned items, Hari Mari reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet the conditions of our guarantee & return policy above, in which customers are given the option to either have their footwear returned to them as is at their expense, or allow Hari Mari to recycle or repurpose their items in exchange for a 15% discount off their next HariMari.com purchase.
