HariMari.com customers can return unused & unworn items for up to 30-days from the date of purchase for exchange, with Hari Mari covering all shipping costs. For exchange purposes, items must be in unused & re-sellable condition and have all tags intact.
To initiate an exchange, customers must fill out & submit the on-line return form. Once received & processed, Hari Mari will email a pre-paid, printable shipping label so you can send your item/s back to Hari Mari at no charge. Please note: Only one order is allowed per form submission, so if you have multiple orders to exchange please submit a new form inquiry for each one.
When sending your exchange, please include printed copies of both your Return Form and purchase receipt. Exchanges are normally processed within 3 business days of receiving returned items.

Hari Mari’s one-year guarantee protects against any manufacturing defects in our footwear and gear, welcoming customers to return defective items for up to one-year from date of purchase for exchange or refund.
Hari Mari’s guarantee only covers manufacturing defects such as stitching, strap or material defects present at time of sale, and does not protect against normal wear & tear, or damage caused by weather, water, heat, animals, etc.
