I wear an 11 or 11.5 typically so I tried the 11 first but they were too small. The exchange process was fast and easy. 12's fit great.

Great sandal!
I bought these for my husband, AKA the most particular person in the world when it comes to fill-flops. I kept everything, ready to return...but he LOVES them! He says they are ridiculously comfortable- the best pair of flip-flops he's ever owned. After 10 years, I got one right!! Thanks, Hari-Mari- well be back!

Just hope straps remain glued since shoes are subject frequent water puddles. Very comfortable and non-slip water safe (noisy).
